| Contact your pharmacy directly to have them request a refill for your current medication. If it has been 6 months since your last visit, you may be required to make an appointment for us to evaluate if changes should be made to your medications or if you should continue on the same regimen. For most pills we give 6 refills except for controlled substances including pain pills, sleeping pils and anxiety medication. |

| Blood work can be done in the office during your regular appointment. We do coumadin check, diabetes and cholesterol screening, prostate screening, thyroid check, urinalysis, and others. |
